De La Vista 10-12-23 Contractor: Down to Earth dtelandscape.com
Here is what I saw Thursday 10-12-23 at De La Vista.
They have fallen behind on their edging.
Most of the greens have Sick areas.
Grass clipping and weeds
Lots of weeds in the tee boxes
Two of the benches are missing
Cutting the cups is an issue.
This green has a little sickness going on.
Opps..... a little more.
The traps were not groomed and there are grass runners that need to be dealt with.
Another sick green.
I am sure there is more down after the afternoon winds.
I believe this was one of the recently resodded tee boxes
That is the most weeds I have seen in a cement crack.
This area is about 60 yards in front of the green. It is an extremely low traffic area that is being neglected.

Some damage on the green. It looks like it could have caused by Sandhills. With a nursery green the contractor could have patched this damage.
Another weedy tee box
This is the grass under the power lines. I don't know who cuts it. There are no out of bounds stakes along it. Actually there are red stakes which indicates that a golfer can play their ball if it goes out there. If the contractor is responsible for cutting it, then they made a mess of it.
Here is a low traffic area on the par 4. The sod that was put in a while back is almost completely dead.
The 5th green is really sick.
An individual from Yellowstone Landscape was cutting the hedge back by three houses along the cart path going from the 5th green to the 6th tee. After what he trimmed the hedge was 5 to 6 inches still overhanging the cart path. Lots of hedges are overhanging the cart path. Down to earth needs to be cutting all of those hedges back off of the cart path per the contract.

This is near the residential property line where one parks by the 7th green. Lots of weeds that are like two feet high.
This sign is on golf course property. Code enforcement needs to have it totally removed.
Pretty rough turf that gets Zero traffic.
Maybe the contractor should put out some green and white stakes to mark the ground under repair.
This would be a baby Water Oak tree growing in the landscape by the eight tee box.
My plant identification app cannot figure this one out.
Dollar weed.
This is Goldenrain-tree.
The 8th green does not look too healthy.
Lots of weeds and debris.
