Bogart 10-28-23

Bogart 10-28-23      Contractor: ASG Solutions, LLC   www.asgsolutions.us

Here is what I saw at Bogart on Saturday 10-28-23.

Normally the starter area looks messy.  Today it looks great!  I made that statement to the starter and he said thankyou and he would let the ambassador know.  He said the ambassador brought his own blower in and blew everything off.

Edging has fallen behind

Lot's of new sod all over the course.

Lets see...... it was just last December of 2022 that lots of sod was put down here.

ASG has neglected this course so bad that new sod has had to be installed twice in less than a year.

Residents got screwed again having to pay for what ASG messed up and should have paid to fix.

What about the CONFLICT OF INTEREST !!!

The new sod is being installed by a different division of ASG.

ASG messes it up so that ASG can get paid to fix it.

There is damage in front of the green.

It is Saturday and they are mowing the greens.

They have started putting fertilizer on the greens.  There is a lot of damage on the greens that are just starting to heal.

The traps were not groomed.

They have been edged.

This is a Zero traffic area that suffers from total neglect.

They missed the grass runners while edging.

The tee boxes are a mess.

They have received a little fertilizer recently.  They should have been fertilizing through the growing season.

Lots of neglect in caring for the greens

This new sod is being neglected.  You can see the edges of the grass are dying.

Pine needle debris is building up.

Grooming?  Everyday traps are to be touched up according to the contract

I guess you can't put new sod everywhere the turf is neglected.

Neglect caused damage in a Low traffic area just off of the green.

Damage on the green

Those are tire tracks from the mechanical groomer high on the edge of the trap.
They shouldn't be doing that.
They did not rake sand back up the face.

Same trap where a large section of the top edge collapsed.  Poor grooming procedures contributed to this collapse.

ASG's Superintendent clearly can't train or supervise their workers.

Why isn't ASG being asked to upgrade their Superintendents to "Real" Superintendents.

Another sick green

Nice job on this landscape area.

Repair on the edge of the green.

This is a very crude repair job considering it is the fringe which is part of the green.

Shouldn't you be using grass from a nursery green?

Do you see the stump?

Why hasn't the tree been replaced?

Another Sick green.

A real rough tee box.

There is a "Drop Area" sign.  However, there is no painted defined area to hit from.

Trying to fix a neglected green.
