Here is what I saw Sunday 3-19-23 at Truman.

Hole 1

Leaves are blown off the tee boxes and not picked up and removed

Yardage signs need to be edged
Some of the tee boxes look good.
This is the collar area approaching the 1st green and it is full of weeds and leaves
Lots of weeds and a mix of grasses
Dying areas where grass is not growing
An old cup plug that got scalped and is a dead spot in the green
I have know idea what caused this.

The greens were not mowed on Sunday. This weed is standing tall

Hole 2

This tee box looks ok

This is the gold tee box and it is rough and full of weeds.

Where is the grass?

A few different weeds. One is annual crab grass. This would indicate that they did not put down the pre-emergent weed control. The other weeds show that they are not using post-emergent weed control. Saving big bucks at our expense.

Damage in front of the gre

The sand pile is another indicator that they are not cutting the greens on the weekends in violation of the contract

Hole 4

Dollar weeds in the forward tees

This landscape area is missing grass planting that have died for some reason. The contract states that they are to be replaced and you can see that they have not been replaced.
