Here is what I saw at Heron on Monday 5-29-23.

The golf course is a mess.

ASG Solutions has failed so badly in maintaining the golf course that you had to replace the entire 4th green.  I am guessing that you did not make ASG pay for the green replacement and you stuck the cost on the residents.  

Almost all of the tee boxes are in poor condition.

The greens have weeds.  Here is some goose grass.

Many of the greens have areas like this that are dying.  This is what happened to the entire 4th green.  You just do not see this on courses that are being maintained correctly.

Here is an area by a bunker like many on the course that is a low traffic area.  Yet ASG cannot grow grass.  Their job is to grow grass and they don't do it.

You can see the trap is groomed.  But you can also see that it was not groomed correctly.  The sand is to be hand raked around the edge of the bunker pulling the sand up to the outside edge.  It takes time to do that and ASG does not want to spend that money.  Or their management is so poor that they don't see the mistake and correct it.  

Your team didn't see it and have it corrected either.

The next two pictures show a lack of edging that now that the grass is growing should be a weekly task.

Many of the greens have these dying areas.
