Hole 1
Lots of debris in the landscaping around the bench.
The tee box is worn out.
Large area without grass.
A tree stump in the cart parking area near the green. It is a trip hazard.
A tree limb just off the first green. Either the worker cutting the greens or the one cutting the cups should have removed it.

Every green has lots of miss cut cupsWeeds and debris in the landscaping
This next picture is the ninth hole and the rubber ring that holds the location flag is missing. I find it interesting that no one sees this as it is visible to both the road and the entrance to the maintenance area.
The employee that cuts the cups everyday has to handle the flag.

The Superintendent that goes by 5 days a week.
The Ambassador that goes by every hour of every day.
